U19 Junior Curler Program - Ages 11-18
The Detroit Curling Club Junior U18 Program focuses on the key curling components: sweeping, delivery, line of site, hack setup, weight (distance), team building, and basic to advanced strategy.
Detroit Curling Club is committed to teaching and encouraging the spirit of curling through growing our junior program. We desire to help our juniors to be good curlers, teammates, friends, and people. We have USCA SafeSport certified instructors and all the necessary resources for your junior to learn fundamental curling skills for a lifetime of competition and fun.
This program is for 11-18 year olds. Two sessions are free to try before joining the club
Our U18 junior curlers practice Wednesdays from 4:30 to 6:00 and most Sundays from 2:00-3:30.
The cost for the season is $265.

About the Club ...
The Detroit Curling Club is a dedicated curling facility with four sheets of ice and a spacious lounge and viewing area. We're in Ferndale, Michigan, close to Downtown Detroit and centrally located between major freeways (I-75 and I-696). We are the only curling club in the Detroit metropolitan area and have an active membership who joins for one primary purpose - to enjoy the grand old game of curling!
