2025 Curling 101 Course - 11:00 A.M. Class
Fall 2025 Curling 101 consists of three sessions:
Saturday, November 1st from 11 AM to 1 PM
Topics: History of curling, history of the club, delivery basics (sliding and delivering a stone), sweeping basics.
Saturday, November 15th from 11 AM to 1 PM
Topics: More delivery and sweeping skills and coaching, how to play and score a game, how to join the DCC.
Saturday, November 22nd from 9 AM to 1:30 PM
Mini Bon (2 game mini tournament)

About the Club ...
The Detroit Curling Club is a dedicated curling facility with four sheets of ice and a spacious lounge and viewing area. We're in Ferndale, Michigan, close to Downtown Detroit and centrally located between major freeways (I-75 and I-696). We are the only curling club in the Detroit metropolitan area and have an active membership who joins for one primary purpose - to enjoy the grand old game of curling!
